Shipping & Handling

Almost all orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed by 1PM PST may be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed the following business day. Shipments/Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment, billing/shipping information or high order volume.

Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been placed. All shipments returned to our Warehouse due to insufficient/invalid shipping address are subject to a return to sender fee that will be deducted from your online credit. Eden Sky is not responsible for return to sender fees.

High volume orders will require a signature upon delivery to prevent lost/stolen packages.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select Holidays 

Domestic Shipping

UPS/USPS Ground: 2-7 business days from the date of shipment (Hawaii and Alaska requires additional transit time in most cases)

Transit time may be extended due to insufficient/invalid shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.

International Shipping

UPS/USPS: International Shipments are all based on the shipment that you choose at check-out. Most international shipments are 7 business days.
